What photos should I upload?
Three to five clear shots of your face, from a few different angles and in different lighting. Everyday selfies work well. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, group photos where your face is small, or anything blurry or half-covered. We check every photo as you add it and tell you immediately if one won't work — that check happens before you pay anything.
Why do I pay before I see the results?
Because generating a set costs us real money whether you buy it or not, and a free-preview model would have to be paid for somewhere — in a higher price, or in worse images. We chose to keep the price low and put the risk on us instead: if your set isn't right, you have 14 days to email us. You also aren't buying blind. You choose the backdrop, tailoring, lighting, expression and smile for every look first, and we show you the styling in plain English before anything is generated.
What if the results don't look like me?
It happens — AI likeness isn't perfect and we'd rather say so than oversell it. You have 14 days to email us: here's exactly how that works. We also stack the odds first — every look is over-shot, and a separate vision model scores each candidate on how well it matches your uploads before we deliver only the strongest five.
What's the difference between Pro and Premium?
How many looks you get. Pro ($19.99) is The Standard and The Executive — ten headshots. Premium ($39.99) adds Studio White for fifteen. If you start on Pro and want the third look later, you pay the $20 difference, not the full price again.
How long does it take?
Minutes, not days. It isn't instant — we over-shoot every look and then grade and curate the results — so we email you when your album is ready and you can close the tab. Your album lives in your account, so you can come back to it whenever.
Do you sell my photos?
No.
